Payment Methods
Payments from Malta & Gozo can be made by
Revolut or Credit card.
Please note if you want to pay cash it applies for pick up only
(please refer to pick up section. below).
Delivery Service
Malta & Gozo
We only deliver to Malta & Gozo.
Standard Deliveries:
Standard Delivery means your order will be delivered any time during this time period;
Mon-Sat 8.00am - 4.30pm.
Please make sure you provide a Delivery address that fits this time frame.
There will be a delivery charge of €5.00 for any orders below €50.
Free delivery for orders €50 and over.
Kindly note that should the courier not find anyone available at the delivery address you listed. The courier company will leave a 'came by' note and you will have to collect from their headquarters or reschedule directly with the courier company for another delivery appointment at your own cost.
Standard Gozo Deliveries:
There will be a delivery charge to Gozo of €9.00 for orders below €50.
Free delivery for orders above €60.
Dispatch time:
Every candle is made to order, please allow 2 - 5 business days for dispatch.
For in stock items please allow 2 working days.
For Gozo deliveries, any orders ordered on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
(Excluding public holidays)
Dedicated Delivery Option:
Should you want a specific delivery time slot this will fall under a dedicated delivery request. The courier company will charge €15.43 to deliver your order.
We cannot accept order cancellations or any changes to an order once an order has been processed.
Pick Ups
If you would like to pick up your order, email us on info@mythandwild.com and we will guide you accordingly. Payment through Revolut or Paypal is preferred. For pick ups paid in cash, please have the correct amount. Pick up for items must be done within 5 working days from order.(Monday - Friday)
Returns & Refunds
Since our candles are hand crafted they may vary in appearance and colour. Our candles are made from Soy wax and "frosting" may occur. This does not mean your candle is faulty it is just a natural effect of using soy wax and does not effect the performance of your candle.
Kindly note that we have a 3 day return policy and in order to accept any returned items, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused and in its original packaging. There will be a €5.00 return collection fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for the delivery services of the courier. Any items that are stolen/missing or undelivered due to incorrect information cannot be replaced by Myth & Wild. If this is the case please contact the courier service, for which information can be provided.
Damages
We can only accept returns for items containing manufacturing defects. If you would like to exchange your item please contact us by sending an email to info@mythandwild.com with your name, order number and a photograph of the item for our assessment. Please also advise us whether you would like a replacement or refund of your item.
If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for Paypal or Revolut to process the refund.
